Thousands of strangers. One giant pile of money. Absolutely no idea what we'll fund next.
Join a community that pools its money and votes on making real things happen for real people. Your idea, your bills, your weird dream. If it's legal, you can ask.

01
Pick your monthly amount. $20 minimum.

02
Pick one request from any category. Then: Spend it or Stack it?

03
We pay the landlord, school or supplier directly. Never cash.
Pick one request. Your vote counts for that request and its category. The category with the most votes wins, and its most-voted requests are funded first. Heads up: the single most-voted request on the site may not be funded if its category loses.

Example dataFund the winning category's requests in vote order. Skip requests bigger than the opening pot; stop when the next one cannot fit. Leftovers roll to the next vote, not the streak.
Fund nothing. The whole pot rolls into the next vote and gets bigger.
Vote or it stacks. Nonvoters count as Stack. Spend needs at least half of all members to actively vote Spend; an exact tie counts as Spend.
3 stacks in a row? Next vote must Spend.
Every member gets one vote, and paying more never changes that.
90% Community Pot · 10% Reserve. Each has its own account.
The pot reimburses actual operating costs only: card processing, ID checks, hosting, legal and accounting. Costs are itemized monthly, capped at 10% of that month's collections. The company pays anything above the cap.
Nobody at PHLERP is paid from the pot. We live on tips and the interest from the reserve.
The Reserve is held in US Treasury bills. The reserve protects the pot. The company keeps the interest it earns; the reserve itself is never spent on salaries. Tips are company income, separate from the pot.

You don't need to be rich to make something happen. You just need enough people willing to try.
